BLACC is a Melbourne-based floral and creative studio working across weddings, events and considered environments.

Our work is grounded in the belief that good design is not about adding more. It is about understanding what belongs.

Flowers are often our starting point — their movement, imperfection, colour and seasonality. From there, we consider the wider environment: architecture, proportion, material, light and the way people move through a space.

The result is work that feels expressive without excess, refined without feeling overly resolved, and personal without relying on convention.

FROM BLACC FLOWER TO BLACC.

BLACC began in Melbourne in 2019 as Blacc Flower, with a focus on floral design for weddings and events.

Over time, our work naturally became larger than flowers alone.

A ceremony installation led to conversations about its surrounding architecture. A tablescape became a conversation about linen, candlelight, stationery and proportion. A reception became less about individual floral arrangements and more about how the entire room should feel.

That evolution changed the way we approached design.

BLACC reflects where the studio is today — and where it is going.

Flowers remain at the heart of what we do, but our practice now moves more freely between floral design, styling and space.

We create celebrations as complete visual environments: thoughtful, expressive and designed to be experienced.

CONSIDERED, NOT CONVENTIONAL.

We don't believe a wedding needs to follow a formula.

Our work responds to the people, place and atmosphere of each celebration rather than recreating a predetermined aesthetic.

We are drawn to natural movement, unexpected combinations, strong composition and details that reveal themselves slowly.

The goal is never simply to make a space look decorated.

It is to make it feel like it could only belong to you.
