Our Process

  • Share the date, the place and what you have in mind. A clear vision isn’t essential, that’s what we’re here for.

  • We find the possibilities.

    We’ll explore your ideas, priorities and investment, then shape an initial direction with a proposed scope and quote. If it feels right, a 30% booking deposit makes it official and secures your date.

  • This is where the ideas find their form. We develop and refine the florals, palette, materials and spatial details until everything feels considered, cohesive and unmistakably yours. The remaining 70% is due one month before the day — then it’s all systems go.

  • Flowers arrive, spaces transform and all the pieces come together. We create, install and style everything on site, and ready for you to simply walk in and experience it.

  • Every celebration is different, so we price by scope rather than fixed packages.

    FLORALS

    Floral design begins at $3,000 + GST. For celebrations focusing on bridal party flowers paired with either ceremony or reception florals, investment typically sits between $3,000–$5,000 + GST.

    Full-service weddings — encompassing bridal party, ceremony and reception florals — begin at $5,000 + GST, with scope and scale tailored from there.

    FLORALS + STYLING

    Floral + styling begins at $8,000 + GST.

    Rather than separating flowers and styling into individual budgets, we consider them as one creative whole — balancing your investment across florals, draping, candlelight, stationery, tablescape and other styling elements.

    The investment sets the scope, not the formula. As it grows, so can the scale, detail and creative possibilities.

  • Absolutely. Great celebrations are often the result of great collaboration.

    If you’re already working with a planner, stylist or other creative professionals, we’d love to know who’s involved. We’re always happy to work together to make sure every element feels connected and the overall vision comes together beautifully.

  • We’re there from first flower to final pack-down.

    Our team arrives on site to install and style everything before handing the space over ahead of your ceremony. Where planned, we’ll return to relocate florals for the reception, then come back once the celebrations wrap to pack everything down.

    And if timing allows, we’ll gather the flowers at the end of the night and turn them into take-home bouquets — a little piece of the day for your guests to keep.
